Requirements: • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food and beverage preferred) • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, pull/visual systems, and Total Quality Management (TQM) tools • Proven ability to use data for problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, including productivity tracking • Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred • Comfortable developing and delivering group presentations to employees and leadership • Ability to provide clear, actionable positive and corrective feedback.
