Coordinate project activities with building operations, engineering, security, and other stakeholders to minimize disruption to tenants, visitors, and ongoing property operations, including planning for access, freight, overtime, night work, temporary protections, and operational phasing. At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience managing commercial design and construction projects, including significant experience with capital improvements, tenant installations, base-building, or specialty construction projects.
