We're looking for a professional who:• Enjoys working with data and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail• Is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities• Communicates clearly and enjoys partnering with managers and team members to solve problems• Feels confident identifying discrepancies, researching issues, and following through to resolution• Understands the importance of accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll complianceIn this role, you will:• Enter and maintain employee information, timesheets, and other payroll data in the payroll system• Assist with payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, tax withholdings, and ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time• Respond to team member payroll questions, including inquiries related to pay information and time-off balances• Review payroll data, conduct audits, and generate payroll reports for management and financial purposes• Research and resolve payroll errors, discrepancies, and more complex payroll-related issues• Maintain accurate payroll records, employee files, and payroll reports• Support the Payroll team in maintaining compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations• Assist with unemployment claim processing and related data entry• Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and other company meetings or events as neededRequirements:• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and/or human resources strongly preferred• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP or similar platforms preferred• General knowledge of payroll processes, human resources principles, unemployment claims, leaves of absence, and benefits administration preferred• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities, and effectively solve problems• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, managers, and other departments• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentialityWhy Join Us?
