The position is part of the BI&A Executive Leadership Team and leads a $225M portfolio of programs with 500 BI&A employees plus subcontractor resources delivering mission-critical engineering, software, cloud, data, AI/ML, and cyber solutions to various Intelligence Community customers. Strong track record of organizational and financial leadership, executive decision-making, customer engagement, and talent development, with the ability to build consensus, operate independently, motivate employees, and communicate effectively at all levels.
