Educational Presentations: With moderate guidance and supervision from the manager, develop learning objectives, create materials for, and deliver educational presentations in small and large group settings to internal and external non-senior management level audiences, to inform and update them on relevant managed care program, product, and policy developments. This position performs a broad range of analytical, planning, engagement, and implementation activities including conducting research and data analysis, solving operational and conceptual problems, building partnerships, and leading program planning, implementation, and monitoring.
