As Senior Manager, Compliance Delivery, you will lead a team that serves as a primary liaison between ADP and external agencies, law offices, and vendors, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders across compliance, legal, government affairs, Product/Tech, payroll system teams, Client Service, and senior leadership. The team manages complex research, mitigation, and negotiation activities that support compliance, operational readiness, and service continuity across these areas while helping reduce risk and minimize financial impact.
