In this role, you will develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment through Scale-up, Root Cause Analysis, Process Flow, SOPs, and Work Instructions, while focusing on cost reductions involving labor, materials, and overhead. You will work across Production, R&D, and Quality to improve existing processes, scale up new products, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and strengthen the systems and documentation that support our operations.
