The successful candidate will lead maintenance planning, prioritize corrective and preventive maintenance activities, manage contractors, drive equipment reliability improvements, and promote a strong safety culture while working closely with Production, Engineering, Environmental, Safety, and UAW represented employees. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining plant utility systems including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressed air systems, water distribution, wastewater treatment equipment, pumps, piping systems, HVAC infrastructure, and associated automation and control systems.
