The control manager partners with product, technology, data, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to assess risks throughout the solution lifecycle; define and evaluate controls for AI and Machine learning cases; and oversee the implementation, testing, and ongoing monitoring of controls supporting agentic deployments. Experience demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrating effective leadership.
