Proactively identifies and resolves issues before implementation, communicates concerns promptly to CDP/STIIC leadership, supports scheduled program evaluations, and collects indicator data and success stories from partners, Posts, member governments, and interagency members. At minimum ten (10) years of experience in the development and implementation of foreign assistance capacity-building programs, multi-tasking complex projects and processes, requiring interpersonal and customer service, writing, analytic, problem-solving, and computer skills experience (preferred).
