Examples of specialized experience include-Knowledge of USAF structure and its relationships within the DoD and Combatant Commands; Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures; Expert knowledge or experience as an aircraft pilot or navigator to include ground operations, airborne communications, navigation, air refueling operations, national and international airspace flight procedures and regulations, and the procedures for deploying/employing aircraft; Expert working knowledge of and experience with Special Access Program management at the Major Command level or higher with responsibilities to include planning, execution, budget, reporting, training, and program security.
