You will bring a product mindset to Talent Management systems by developing a deep understanding of user needs, evaluating tradeoffs, prioritizing enhancements, and driving delivery of solutions that improve talent, performance, succession, objective setting, and employee development experiences. As Consultant, Talent Products and Systems, you will help shape and deliver the product experience for Visa’s Talent Management platforms, with a primary focus on Workday Talent modules, including Performance, and related external systems across a global organization.
