Experience Requirements: 10 years of operations management and coordination of branch, plant, or department operation strategies and activities and may assist with the review, development, and implementation of organizational policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals, to include: Development of Corporate Strategic Plans, Development of Organizational Performance Management Plans, Development of Organization Governance Structures, Guiding significant organizational change management efforts. This senior advisory role requires deep expertise in strategic business management across large-scale DoN/DoW environments and the ability to drive transformational improvements in complex technical organizations.
