The Manager, Building Facilities manages the activities of various tradesman, including plumbers, carpenters, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other maintenance personnel responsible for ensuring 24/7 operational efficiency of the assigned University facilities. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, healthcare, critical environments, or regulated environments, with direct AHJ, accreditation, healthcare construction, and major building systems.
