The right candidate will have strong commercial plumbing knowledge, field credibility, financial awareness, and the ability to lead people, solve problems, and communicate clearly with clients, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, foremen, superintendents, and internal leadership. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities at once, stay ahead of labor and material needs, protect project schedules, and ensure assigned plumbing projects are completed safely, profitably, and at the level of quality CT Mechanical expects.
