Possession of a baccalaureate degree in arts, social science, arts and humanities, science, education, business or related field and 3 year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for Multi-User System Administration or security systems and technical troubleshooting support, of which 2 years of the experience must have been comparable scope and complexity to the next lower pay band in the University of Hawaii System broadband system; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated. *Serves as a Public Safety and Security Technology Specialist for University of Hawaii at Manoa (UHM) Department of Public Safety (DPS) by managing DPS security system and equipment including but not limited to specialized security systems (enterprise CCTV networks, IP cameras, digital/network video recorders, and radio communication hardware), Windows and Mac, workstations, tablets, and mobile devices.
