This executive leadership position combines business development, office leadership, financial and operational oversight, and strategic growth planning across Urban's core service lines, including transportation, infrastructure, aviation, facilities, and rail and transit. Serving as the firm's senior leader for Connecticut, this individual will have full accountability for the Hartford office and the Connecticut business, including growth, profitability, talent development, operational excellence, and client satisfaction, while leading Urban's continued expansion throughout New England.
