As a Lead Analyst, HRIS at RXO, you will serve as a hands-on HRIS lead who keeps Workday and related HR systems—including HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other Workday SKUs as well as reporting capabilities—accurate, reliable, and easy to use. Lead HRIS projects and workstreams, including requirements gathering, impact analysis, project planning, testing, deployment readiness, stakeholder communication, and post-launch support.
