Own workflow accuracy and production readiness, ensuring all required information, assets, approvals, and technical specifications are entered into workflow management systems (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets) and secured before post-production begins, minimizing rework and last-minute disruptions. Lead the prioritization and execution of all A/V content production, leading daily alignment across marketing, creative, media, operations, and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet air dates, campaign strategy, and evolving business needs.
