Job Title: Sales & Operations Planning Analyst Location: Neptune City, NJ Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 8 AM- 5 PM M-F Responsibilities<ul><li>Facilitate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and overall business objectives</li><li>Analyze historical sales data, forecasts, inventory levels, and operational capacity to develop actionable insights that support strategic decision-making</li><li>Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to validate demand forecasts and incorporate market intelligence, including promotions, seasonality, and new product launches, into planning assumptions</li><li>Develop, maintain, and analyze KPI dashboards and reporting tools related to forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate, service levels, and Plan vs. Actual performance</li><li>Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making and operational reviews</li><li>Coordinate and prepare materials for monthly S&OP meetings, including Demand Review and Supply Review sessions</li><li>Present key findings, supply-demand gaps, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams</li><li>Conduct “what-if” scenario analysis to evaluate impacts of supply chain disruptions, capacity limitations, or shifts in customer demand</li><li>Support contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies through data-driven analysis</li><li>Conduct system data audits and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field</li><li>2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Business Analytics, or related analytical roles</li><li>Food or CPG industry preferred</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends</li><li>Proficiency in statistical forecasting methods and data analysis techniques</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query</li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics</li><li>Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights</li></ul>System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America. Overview The Training and Promotions Representative plays a key role in driving product awareness, retailer readiness, and player engagement across both traditional, corporate and social space environments. This position combines field training, promotional event execution, and sales support to strengthen new retailer performance and enhance customer experience. Territory is: Essex and Union counties. Candidate must live within 30 minutes of territory. Fluent in Spanish required. Responsibilities Sales Support & Training • Provide on-boarding training for all new retailers. • Educate retailers on lottery products, features, procedures, compliance requirements, and best practices. • Maintain communication with Training and Promotions Supervisor, Lottery Sales Representatives, and District Sales Supervisors. • Schedule, coordinate, and manage all retailer training sessions. • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, players, and internal partners. • Ensure compliance with sales, promotional, and operational requirements. Promotions & Player Engagement • Conduct promotional events in bars, restaurants, social clubs, corporate environments, and traditional lottery retailers. • Engage with players to educate them on product features and address questions. • Manage usage of promotional materials and coupons in both traditional, corporate and social retailers. • Gather customer feedback and share insights with sales and marketing teams. • Track event results, document opportunities, and maintain daily logs. • Target high-opportunity locations and support monthly promotional scheduling. General • Assist with assigned projects and organizational needs. Qualifications • Minimum of three years of related sales, retail, or wholesale experience. • Beer and wine industry experience a plus. • Travel within assigned territory nearly 100% of the time. • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. • Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed. • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. • Clear, concise, and effective writing ability. • Time management and organizational strengths. • General understanding of lottery operations and processes. • Ability to persuasively present product benefits and marketing concepts. • Fluent in Spanish required. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $43,264 - $73,882. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
