We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Promotions Coordinator to support our radio stations’ promotional efforts, digital content, and contest execution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, managing multiple tasks, and staying organized in a fast-paced media environment.

Part-Time Promotions CoordinatorLocation: Ft. Wayne, IN Hours: 20 hours/week on average (up to 25 as needed)We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Promotions Coordinator to support our radio stations’ promotional efforts, digital content, and contest execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring promotions run smoothly across on-air, digital, and social platforms.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, managing multiple tasks, and staying organized in a fast-paced media environment. Prior experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with strong attention to detail and administrative skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPromotions & Prize Management<ul><li>Manage and maintain the station’s prize closet, including tracking fulfillment methods (will call, mail, digital)</li><li>Execute promotions across multiple platforms</li></ul>Studio Texter <ul><li>Set up automated text responses for contests, keywords, and confirmations</li></ul>Website & Digital Content (Brands Are Live)<ul><li>Manage and update website content including contests, and web content</li><li>Maintain and update the concert calendar</li></ul>Email Marketing (Mailchimp)<ul><li>Schedule and send email campaigns for all stations</li><li>Manage and update subscriber lists</li></ul>Graphic Design Support (Canva)<ul><li>Create or resize promotional graphics for social media and website use</li></ul>Social Media (Meta Business Suite)<ul><li>Schedule social media posts for station accounts</li><li>Assist with content planning within platform scheduling limitations</li></ul>Events & Station Support<ul><li>Assist at station appearances and promotional events as needed</li><li>Support setup, execution, and representation of the station at community events</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (most important)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new software</li><li>Strong communication and follow-through</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to support a team environment</li></ul>Preferred (But Not Required)<ul><li>Experience with social media scheduling, email marketing, or content management systems</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, or Meta Business Suite</li><li>Previous administrative or promotional experience</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Hands-on experience in radio, media, and promotions</li><li>Opportunity to learn multiple platforms and systems</li><li>Collaborative and fast-paced environment</li><li>A great entry point into the broadcast industry</li></ul>Sarkes Tarzian, Inc is an equal-opportunity employer.
