Overview:
The Promotions Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing promotional strategies across all brands and call center channels. This role ensures promotions are accurately configured, aligned with business goals, and drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement. 

Responsibilities:
Promotion Strategy & Planning <ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Own promotional calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly) </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Plan and execute key campaigns (e.g., Steals & Deals, 5-Pack Frenzy, Weekly Deals) </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Align promotions with inventory, seasonality, and business objectives </li></ul>Promotion Setup <ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Configure promotions in platform (sitewide deals, targeted promotions, bonus buys, coupon codes) </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Ensure accuracy of pricing, rules, and eligibility </li></ul>Campaign Coordination <ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Partner with UX/UI on layout and experience </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Work with Producers on page execution </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Coordinate with Content team on assets and messaging </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time </li></ul>Promotion QA & Governance <ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Validate promotional logic prior to launch </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Ensure alignment across website, email, and marketing channels </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Maintain promotion organization and documentation </li></ul>Performance Tracking <ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Monitor performance (revenue, conversion rate, AOV) </li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Identify top performing promotions and optimization opportunities </li></ul>Report insights and recommendations to leadership 

Qualifications:
