As the Marketing Director for the Residential & Wiring Devices Division (RWDD), you will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for developing and executing growth, profitability, and commercial strategies for a business generating approximately $1.4B in annual revenue with 8 major sites and ~5,800 employees across the US/PR, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and China. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President/General Manager, RWDD, and functionally to the Vice President of Marketing, Electrical Sector Americas, you will shape the division's multi-year vision and lead RWDD into its next era of innovation, commercial excellence, and market leadership.
