The branch relationship officer is responsible for the profitability, production goal achievement, and customer service and operational excellence of assigned branch by executing sales and business development activities, proactively partnering with the commercial team to support both new and existing deposit relationships, meeting operational objectives, managing employee development and engagement through coaching and performance management. • 4 years’ recent experience in branch banking operations, sales and service, effectively managing a deposit and customer base, to include a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory / management role, demonstrating effective operational, relationship management and business development skills and demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating a team required.
