What you'll do here: The Sales and Marketing Manager supports the company with a variety of duties to include sales and marketing plans, research and development. Must be comfortable marketing to local businesses and clients face to face, zoom, email, text and phone, including cold calling if applicable. The position coordinates with the management team and must communicate effectively with area mangers of 5 states and 75 employees. Must feel comfortable creating and delivering a sales presentation and coaching other employees. This position has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive, highly confidential nature.
