Sales & Marketing Account Managers: <ul><li>Expand and grow our customer base by recruiting new referral sources and trade partners.</li><li>Maintains and grows our existing referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and others through office visits and various promotions we hold throughout the year.</li><li>Initiates marketing strategies that support and grow the company's sales objectives.</li><li>Plan and organize multiple marketing promotions and contest throughout the year.</li><li>Develop & maintain accurate & complete customer files, notes, and track the marketing activities for them.  </li><li>Coordinate, promote, plan, and prepare for CE classes we present throughout the year for insurance agents.</li><li>Track and reward existing referral sources with lunches, prizes, etc.</li><li>Maintain and promote company social media accounts.</li><li>Order and maintain inventory of promotional products and materials.</li><li>Plan and execute various community-based marketing events throughout the year. Golf tournaments, chamber events, charitable events, etc.</li><li>Join & participate in referral networking through service organizations (Rotary) and referral network groups (BNI).</li></ul>
Ideal candidates should possess the following traits and qualifications: <ul><li>Prior experience in face to face sales and marketing</li><li>Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Xactimate, & Dash</li><li>Prior experience or knowledge in disaster restoration</li><li>Highly competitive, positive, and results driven</li><li>Great presentation skills</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Be able to receive and implement coaching feedback, and have a good personality/attitude</li><li>College education is preferred but not required</li></ul>
