This role is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue through lifecycle marketing, website optimization, and campaign execution.This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of digital performance, execute with precision, and continuously improve results through data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with the ability to manage campaigns from concept through execution and optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing and Lifecycle • Own and execute the email marketing strategy using Klaviyo • Build and manage campaigns, automated flows, and audience segmentation • Develop lifecycle programs including welcome, abandoned cart, and retention strategies • Create and manage email content that drives engagement and revenue • Monitor performance and optimize key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsE-Commerce and Website Management • Manage website content, messaging, and product pages • Work within Adobe Commerce Magento to support site performance, merchandising, and user experience • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on site functionality and enhancements • Ensure website content aligns with product availability, campaign priorities, and brand voice • Continuously improve conversion rate and overall customer journeyCampaign Execution • Plan and execute digital campaigns tied to product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution • Own timelines, deliverables, and overall campaign performance across channelsAnalytics and Performance • Track and analyze performance across email, website, and e-commerce channels • Leverage data to drive decisions and improve return on investment • Implement A B testing across campaigns and site experiences • Provide reporting on performance, insights, and opportunities for improvementKey Qualifications • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or lifecycle marketing • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms • Experience working within Adobe Commerce Magento or similar e-commerce platforms • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute independentlyPreferred Experience• Background in photography, graphic design, or visual content creation is a plus • Experience in the firearms, outdoor, or consumer products industry is preferred but not required • Experience supporting paid media or integrated digital campaigns is a plusPhysical and Work Requirements • Ability to work on-site in Dover, NH • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEqual Opportunity and Employment Statements Q is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The senior manager will manage consultants who provide content for the site, manage the small Web staff who keep the site running, undertake our promotional efforts, and coordinate with the business manager to continue the growth of our online store. Collaborate closely with the business manager to support existing revenue-generating activities (online store, sponsorships) and develop new ones.

The senior manager online presence will be responsible for keeping content and format at the leading edge of the field.To accomplish this, the senior manager will keep up to date on developments in the field and on innovations in the world of information Web sites.The senior manager will develop and maintain substantial relationships with experts and organizations in the field in order to offer new content and features. The senior manager will create and manage an editorial calendar to coordinate the regular addition (daily, if possible) of new material as well as monthly features. The senior manager will take the lead in our efforts to raise funds from foundations, corporations, and government agencies to sustain online presence. The senior manager will work in collaboration with an editorial associate, Web team, and promotions team. The senior manager will manage consultants who provide content for the site, manage the small Web staff who keep the site running, undertake our promotional efforts, and coordinate with the business manager to continue the growth of our online store.Requirements:<ul><li>Manage the daily operations and future growth of the Web site, including content development, outreach, and technical support, and</li><li>Ensure that user inquiries are handled efficiently</li><li>Oversee writing and distribution of news headlines and monthly e-newsletter and manage forums</li><li>Acquire content from regular contributors and other content providers, clear rights, and post to site</li><li>Oversee promotion and seek promotion from other sites</li><li>Supervise staff and freelancers to ensure that content, promotion, design, marketing, and Web programming work are carefully coordinated</li><li>Work closely with staff to take advantage of joint content, marketing, sales, and promotional opportunities</li><li>Collaborate closely with the business manager to support existing revenue-generating activities (online store, sponsorships) and develop new ones</li><li>Ensure that the site is fully accessible and complies with the latest standards of accessibility</li><li>Manage the online presence budget </li><li>Give presentations about the online presence at national conferences</li><li>Play a major role in continuing fundraising efforts on behalf of the online presence, to include meeting with government, foundation, and corporation officials; drafting fundraising proposals; and coordinating with the fundraising department. Cultivate relationships with potential funding sources.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Master'sdegree or equivalent.</li><li>Nineor more years work experience preferable.</li><li>Superior writing skills; writing that is clear, compelling and well organized, generally free from errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.</li><li>Excellent oral communication and listening skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment, in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.</li><li>Experience in publications, Web site development, and/or project management desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of the research, teaching methods, and social issues affecting children with learning disabilities and those who teach and care for them desirable.</li><li>Experience in fundraising and grant writing preferred.</li><li>Experience managing creative and technical staff.</li><li>Strong presentation skills.</li><li>Strong editorial skills.</li><li>Strong sense of layout and design desirable.</li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing duties</li></ul>
