WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Supports the Marketing Department in executing promotions, live racing events, and on-site activations, including assisting during events and guest interactions</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0.5in">Supports the Marketing Department with PENN Play promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events including working the events.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0.5in">Assists and supports the Marketing Department with casino promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events including working the events.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0.5in">Responsible for educating patrons on the value of the PENN Play loyalty program; assist patrons with questions as they relate to the property and loyalty program.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Coordinates internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for the marketing department.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Analyzes the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, and entertainment.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Adheres to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Proactively seeks out new business on the floor, soliciting enrollment in the loyalty program.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Maintain the confidentiality of player information such as name, address, contact information, level play, wins, losses, number if visits, etc.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Maintain professional representation on behalf of the company at internal and external events as needed.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Plan and execute monthly displays and decorations necessary for events and promotions.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.</li></ul>

BRING US YOUR BEST.:
<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Canva) is a plus</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li></ul>
