This role collaborates cross-functionally to improve online customer experience, execute revenue-driving initiatives, and ensure accurate, high-quality ecommerce content across digital channels.The position for Ecommerce Marketing Specialist is expected to be open until June 30, 2026.Key Responsibilities for Ecommerce Marketing Specialist:<ul><li>Monitor website functionality, merchandising, and customer experience to identify and resolve issues.</li><li>Execute product launches, promotional updates, and seasonal merchandising across ecommerce platforms.</li><li>Assist with inventory visibility, product availability, and out-of-stock management coordination.</li><li>Perform routine quality assurance (QA) testing for website updates, landing pages, promotions, and ecommerce functionality.</li><li>Optimize category organization, search results, and product recommendations to improve conversion and average order value.</li><li>Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, average order value, email performance, and customer engagement; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business goals.</li><li>Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.</li><li>Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.</li><li>Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated flows, segmentation strategies, and reporting within the Email Service Provider.</li><li>Create QR codes and landing pages for packaging, print ads, and other marketing needs.</li><li>Support review collection, syndication and display.</li><li>Assist with digital advertising campaigns.</li><li>Support SEO and AI-search optimization efforts through keyword research, metadata management, structured content, technical best practices, and content optimization.</li></ul>Requirements2-3 years of ecommerce experienceHands on experience in managing and maintaining ecommerce websites/portals - Magento2 or similarKnowledge of marketing platforms and online sales strategies2-3 years of experience operating in Excel2-3 years of experience with Google AnalyticsMust be able to communicate in English.Must be 18 or older to apply.Work Hours: Hybrid schedule with on-site and work from home days.
