This position centers on researching, writing, editing, proofreading, and coordinating editorial projects that align with the media platform's needs. The Associate Editor collaborates closely with senior editors, contributors, and industry partners to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and delivered on deadline, while managing multiple assignments independently.The Associate Editor contributes to multimedia content development, helping shape features, columns, and digital assets. This role also leverages AI and SEO tools, editorial best practices, and analytics to enhance content planning, audience engagement, and workflow efficiency. A strong understanding of B2B publishing and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>Prepares and/or maintains documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation and user documentation. </li><li>Translates business specifications into user documentation. </li><li>Plans, writes, and maintains systems documentation. </li><li>Supports system user documentation efforts, including development of change notices, online help screens and generation of interactive computer based training modules. </li><li>Writes, edits, proofreads, and copyedits a variety of documents. </li><li>Plans and prepares documents for dissemination. </li><li>Manages the documentation library.</li></ul>
