The Retail Leasing team partners with the business line to set the market-level strategy for the portfolio, utilizing financial data, market data, facility conditions data, and legal considerations such as existing lease language, zoning code, signage code, and market lease terms. The team then executes on the strategy on each location through due diligence, site selection, approvals, and transaction negotiation, partnering with brokers, designers, architects, and construction managers throughout the lifecycle of a project from strategy through execution / opening.
