Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AMExperience:• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.• 22 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.• Experience with Epic is preferred within the last 6 months.Requirements:• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).• This role may require floating to additional units and locations• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. - All travelers must be prepared to care for COVID patients if assigned.Shift & Scheduling:
- Days, 36 or 48 hour option.
- All BSA contracts are 48 hours per week, although not guaranteed.
- In the first 8 weeks there cannot be more than 3 days of RTO requested. After those 8 weeks they are flexible.
- No RTO on holidays.
- Block scheduling is case by case.Floating Requirements:

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.</li><li>Provide direct patient care, conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.</li><li>Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.</li><li>We are not affiliated with any hospitals or clinics; enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference.</li><li>We are a growing team consisting of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists.</li><li>Clinical work is performed from home, days and hours are per the clinician's choosing (this includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.).
