We’re expanding our team of clinical professionals and are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to provide therapy, diagnostic assessments, and psychological testing for diverse populations. The Psychologist will deliver therapeutic services, conduct clinical evaluations, and—if qualified—administer and interpret psychological testing for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning.

We’re expanding our team of clinical professionals and are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to provide therapy, diagnostic assessments, and psychological testing for diverse populations.<hr/><h2>Position Overview</h2>The Psychologist will deliver therapeutic services, conduct clinical evaluations, and—if qualified—administer and interpret psychological testing for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. You’ll work closely with other licensed clinicians, case managers, and psychiatric providers in a collaborative, client-centered setting.This position offers flexibility in schedule, the autonomy of private practice, and the support of a trusted, mission-driven organization.<hr/><h2>⚙️ Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Provide individual, family, and group therapy across the lifespan.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and psychological assessments.</li><li>Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.</li><li>Administer and interpret psychological testing (as needed), including cognitive, personality, and diagnostic assessments.</li><li>Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and clinical team members on diagnosis and treatment planning.</li><li>Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within EHR platform.</li><li>Participate in peer consultation, staff development, and QA processes.</li></ul><hr/><h2>✅ Minimum Requirements</h2><ul><li>Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.</li><li>Active psychologist license in the state of Texas (unrestricted).</li><li>Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.</li><li>Proficient in psychological testing (if applicable to your background).</li><li>Familiarity with outpatient mental health models and EHR systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><hr/><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience with trauma-related disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and co-occurring conditions.</li><li>Training or certification in specialized modalities (e.g., EMDR, ACT, Gottman, TF-CBT).</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.</li><li>Experience in testing and evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or learning disabilities.</li></ul><hr/><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>Competitive compensation (hourly, salaried, or per-session options).</li><li>Flexible schedule – choose your hours and client load.</li><li>Full administrative support for credentialing, billing, and scheduling.</li><li>Professional development and CEU opportunities.</li><li>Collaborative, mission-driven culture rooted in integrity, excellence, and care.</li><li>Options for psychological testing referrals and tools (if applicable).</li></ul><hr/><h2> About Foundation Senior Services</h2>Foundation Senior Services is a leader in outpatient mental health care, offering comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families.
