<h4>Major/Essential Functions</h4><ul><li>Clinical Services to Students: Conduct initial assessments (triages) during Walk-In Clinic hours (and during other hours, as needed) in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Outreach Programming to Campus Community: Actively participate in a minimum of two departmental outreach efforts per year, including fostering effective working relationships with campus liaisons and providing consultation services to university faculty and staff.</li><li>Clinical Services to Students: Provide individual, group, and couples therapy to Texas Tech students in an ethical and effective manner. Caseload will be in line with accreditation standards of no more than 65% clinical hours in a 40 hour work week.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Managing Director or Unit Associate Director.</li><li>Professional Licensure: Achieve professional licensure consistent with employee's highest mental health degree (specific employment-contingent deadline will be set by Director); maintain licensure on a continual basis throughout employment tenure.</li><li>Other Clinical Responsibilities: Complete all clinical documentation in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with deadlines specified in the departmental policies & procedures manual.</li><li>Clinical Supervision of Trainees: Provide clinical supervision and other training-related activities to doctoral interns and graduate practicum students.</li><li>Other Departmental Responsibilities: Actively participate in other departmental activities including, but not limited to, staff meetings, other departmental committees, and position search committees.</li><li>Clinical Services to Students: Provide crisis intervention services to students (may include after-hours intervention).</li></ul>   Grant Funded?
