This leadership role provides clinical oversight for ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization (PHP), ASAM Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services, and Peer Recovery Support Services (PRSS) ensuring high-quality care and compliance with Virginia DBHDS regulations and Medicaid regulations and requirements. Journey House Behavioral Health RVA (JHBHRVA) is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP) to serve as Clinical Director for our outpatient substance use treatment programs.
The Licensed Behavior Health Clinician-Child is an independent licensed clinical social worker, professional counselor, psychologist, or clinical nurse specialist that will be responsible for providing outpatient therapy services within the Department of Psychiatry and/or other areas within the health system as needed. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Must be able to independently evaluate patients, formulate an accurate differential diagnosis, develop, and implement an appropriate course of treatment.
