Your daily output: Script, shoot, edit, and publish ~7 high-impact short-form videos daily across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — content that turns scrollers into followers and followers into clients. Candidates must live in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona to support Eduardo Joy’s content needs directly. <h3>What You'll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Script, shoot, edit, and upload short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)</li><li>Edit and upload approximately 7 short-form videos per day across platforms </li><li>Create high-engagement short clips designed to increase leads and grow the brand</li><li>Write or support viral-style scripts with strong hooks, pacing, and clear messaging</li><li>Edit short-form videos with an understanding of attention, retention, captions, and storytelling</li><li>Repurpose Eduardo Joy’s existing content into platform-ready clips</li><li>Spot and act on viral trends before they peak and apply them before the competition does</li><li>Keep content aligned with Eduardo’s voice, message, audience, and brand</li><li>Capture authentic moments with Eduardo — in office, in the field, and behind the scenes — no staged content</li><li>Own the daily publishing pipeline independently, without hand-holding</li></ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Proven experience editing video for social media designed to go viral — not TV, not traditional journalism</li><li>Strong command of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or modern equivalents</li><li>Experience writing viral scripts or supporting viral script development</li><li>Ability to go from concept to publish independently: script, camera, edit, upload</li><li>Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) — non-negotiable</li><li>Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, retention, and platform trends</li><li>Preferred experience in self-help, coaching, personal development, or education space</li><li>Must live in Arizona or be willing to relocate to Arizona.</li></ul> <h3>Our Hiring Process</h3>We move fast — you could have an offer in under 10 days. <ol><li>Online Application - include a portfolio, social media profile, Google Drive link, or sample short-form video you created</li><li>Short Questionnaire — designed to evaluate how you think (~5 minutes)</li><li>One-Way Video Interview (~5 minutes) </li><li>1:1 Interview with Eduardo - A direct conversation — no corporate HR layers</li><li>Offer Sent - No ghosting.
