Qualifications: Skills/Qualifications: Must have demonstrated ability and willingness to lead complex proposal efforts including outlining responses, developing win themes, managing effective color team reviews, integrating subcontractors into a larger team, conducting compliance reviews, completing final formatting, supporting development of our price-to-win strategy, and getting to the finish line with a winning proposal. Overview: Support the growth of the Nakupuna Companies by leading the development and submission of complex proposals in response to Requests for Information (RFI), Sources Sought, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and other related customer response deliverables to Federal government agencies and/or partners.
