A Brief Overview The Director of Facilities is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational direction, and continuous improvement of Peckham's facilities, grounds, capital projects, workplace experience, food services, procurement support, safety, compliance, and security operations. Working closely with the Vice President of Facilities, the Director develops and executes departmental strategies, manages major facility initiatives, and ensures consistent service delivery across all Peckham locations.
