Secondary Job Functions (25%) – Hierarchical / Leadership Responsibilities 1.Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Buyers and Procurement Associates, providing ongoing performance feedback and coaching. 2.Work closely with the Senior Supply Chain Manager to align sourcing activities with departmental goals and timelines. 3.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency and cost savings. 4.Participate in cross-functional meetings related to supplier management, product development, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field is required. 2.Seven to ten years’ purchasing experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is required. 3.Experience with MAPICS, AS400 systems, and Microsoft Office is required. 3.Strong multitasking, communication, and supplier negotiation skills are required.
