The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training. This position's typical schedule is 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends. During the program, you will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of that store. Through the course of the program, you will learn all operations, clients, and internal strategy, allowing you to understand the significant part you'll play in the team's success. Complete training consistent with established program Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers Complete store administration Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, including promotional packages and sales floor displays Support employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action Respond to and resolve any customer and/or employee complaints Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion Preferred Qualifications: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc. Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products Have work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management ("CRM") systems Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish #SHWEarlyTalent Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer. Employer paid benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision.  (Dependents included) Wage Compensation - Min: $ 98,838.00 Max: $ 132,308.92 Definition of Position:  The Workday Analyst – Finance/SCM/Adaptive supports the Workday platform across Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Adaptive Planning modules. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to deliver accurate financial reporting, streamlined supply chain processes, and effective budgeting/forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for Finance, SCM, and Adaptive Planning modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, Budgeting & Forecasting).</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 issues and support tickets, escalating as necessary.</li><li>Configure, test, document, and deploy enhancements and updates within Workday.</li><li>Manage and maintain business process workflows, calculated fields, security roles, reports, and dashboards.</li><li>Participate in system upgrade testing, feature enablement assessments, and change management efforts.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.</li><li>Provide user support and training to increase self-sufficiency and adoption.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, changes, and user-facing guides.</li><li>Support projects such as module rollouts, tenant refreshes, and vendor integrations.</li><li>Configure and support Workday Procurement and Inventory modules, including supplier management, requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and inventory tracking.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to streamline purchasing workflows.</li><li>Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of catalogs, item masters, procurement contracts, and supplier records to support operational efficiency and compliance.</li><li>Support Adaptive Planning configuration, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting enhancements.</li><li>The employee supports the hospital mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Participates in required education for DNV programs as applicable to position (reference program education curriculum).</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Education Required: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred. Licenses/ certifications/ registrations Required: None required. Preferred: Workday Pro certification in Finance, SCM, or Adaptive Planning. Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience with Workday Finance, SCM, or Adaptive Planning in an Analyst or Administrator role. Experience with Workday reporting, security configuration, and business process management. Preferred: Experience in healthcare or complex enterprise setting; familiarity with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio). Other:<ul><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience using a ticketing system such as Freshservice.</li></ul> Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional walking, standing, bending, or lifting light office items (up to 25 pounds). Visual acuity to view computer screens and read detailed financial documents. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically. May be required to move throughout the healthcare facility, including administrative and clinical areas. Working Conditions: This position operates in a professional office setting within a healthcare facility. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The office environment is climate-controlled, well-lit, and ergonomically designed for extended computer work. While this role is primarily office-based and does not involve direct patient care, the employee may occasionally be present in clinical areas or interact with staff working in clinical environments. As such, there is a potential for exposure to infectious diseases. The organization provides appropriate training and personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed to ensure safety.
