Overview: The Head of Department (HOD) for PC & Purchasing is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the department, including setting goals and objectives, planning the department’s operating budget, ensuring compliance with and enforcing policies, implementing corrective actions, driving cost reduction initiatives, maintaining personnel headcount, and evaluating team member performance.
