p>Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical, industrial, or other related engineering discipline or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Supplier Quality Engineering Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), metrology concepts, and required measurement techniques Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting or supporting quality process audits Expert-level knowledge of Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM Machinist) Programming experience is not required but is considered a plus Experience in delivering positive and negative messages Excellent written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with associates at all levels within the organization.
