<div>Seeking a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and scale our cloud-based SaaS pharmacy procurement platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality software solutions that deliver value to customers through intuitive user experiences and reliable, scalable architecture.</div><div> </div><div>As part of a cross-functional product team, you'll work across the stack-contributing to front-end UI development, back-end services, cloud infrastructure, and everything in between. You'll help shape the technical direction of our platform and play a key role in delivering features that drive customer success.</div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities: </div><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web application within a cloud-native SaaS environment</li><li>Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)</li><li>Integrate third-party systems and APIs as part of client or internal workflows</li><li>Write and maintain clean, testable, and well-documented code</li><li>Work closely with the product manager and designer to turn business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Work closely with IT to maintain and monitor the cloud environment</li><li>Design and manage data models and databases, ensuring performance and reliability</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to ensure smooth deployments</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the stack</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in SaaS development</li></ul><div> </div><div>Desired Education and Experience Requirements:</div><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in a SaaS environment</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)</li><li>Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, pharmacy) - preferred</li><li>Strong back-end development skills in Python and Django framework.  Experience with Go or similar language can be helpful</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular</li><li>Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with external services</li><li>Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)</li><li>Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB)</li><li>Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker) - preferred</li><li>Experience using Cursor and other AI tools</li><li>Good understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection</li><li>Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both on and offshore, with flexible hours</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills</li></ul><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Evaluation and Process Improvement:</div><ul><li>Annual performance reviews will be conducted along with goal setting.</li><li>Provide recommendations on process improvements.</li></ul><div> </div><div>Job Location: </div><ul><li>Remote office</li><li>Travel expected at least once per year for an onsite company meeting with possible additional opportunities consisting of onsite client meetings and/or conferences.</li></ul>
