parts.</li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>About the Team</strong></h3><ul><li>You'll be joining one of our Operator Console pods, a team of 4-6 focused on building and owning the Python and React based services at the heart of our platform.</li><li>We operate in two-week sprints, value open and honest communication, and own our services from initial design and development all the way through to deployment and support.</li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>How You'll Make an Impact</strong></h3><ul><li>As a key member of a high-performing team of Python and React experts, you will design, build, and maintain highly performant, well-structured, and well-tested code for our Operator Console services.</li><li>Champion and evolve our team's best practices in code quality, automated testing, and observability to drive technical excellence.</li><li>Pay it forward by formally and informally mentoring junior engineers, guiding them through technical challenges and helping them grow their careers at PerfectServe.</li><li>Foster a 'one-team' culture by actively engaging in code reviews and providing constructive, collaborative feedback to our distributed and offshore engineering partners.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver on complex, multi-team initiatives.</li><li>Write Kubernetes manifests and use our CI/CD toolchain (Github Actions, Helm, ArgoCD) to deploy and manage your team's services in production.</li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>What You'll Bring to the Team</strong></h3><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and a modern web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).</li><li>2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications in a Kubernetes environment.</li><li>Demonstrable experience mentoring other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative problem-solving.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with experience working in a team distributed across multiple time zones.</li><li>Expert-level knowledge of designing and building RESTful web APIs.</li><li>Advanced-level knowledge of PostgreSQL or a similar relational database, including data modeling and query optimization.</li><li>Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools, and modern software testing best practices.</li><li>Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to enhance productivity and code quality.</li></ul><p><strong>Beneficial Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>Experience with React or other frontend frameworks.</li><li>Professional experience developing and maintaining telephony software using Twilio Voice and Taskrouter/Flex.</li><li>Experience with a message queue system like RabbitMQ.</li><li>Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus).</li><li>Familiarity with agentic software development patterns and AI-assisted automation workflows an asset.</li></ul><p><br/>**Please do not use AI tools to generate
