The ICQA Supervisor partners closely with Operations, IT, Purchasing, Merchandising, Inbound Operations (IB), Safety, Human Resources, and external auditors to improve warehouse performance, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain inventory integrity, and foster a safe, productive work environment. This position oversees inventory control, quality audits, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a team responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, reducing defects, and supporting exceptional customer service.
