Essential Functions: Perform daily QA walk-throughs; verify GMPs are followed in the facility and set example by practicing correct GMP procedures at all times. Basic ability to use instruments/equipment vital to completing duties (e.g., scales, thermometers, metal detectors, calculators, gauges, calipers, rulers, ovens).
Night differential: A $.75 per hour night differential is paid to associates regularly scheduled to work any hours between midnight and 3:00 a.m. Weekend Differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m.
li>Assist in performing quality document activities including, but not limited, issuing master manufacturing records, review and approving batch records and work insturctions, ensuring logs and records are appropriately completed and maintained, reviewing and approving shipping documention, and filing and maintaining all records as required. Partner with operations team to build a strong food safety culture, to ensure pre-requisite programs are effective for producing a safe food/supplement products and to facilitate the successful execution of customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
Ability to perform duties which requires tolerance of standing, repetitive hand movements, continual bending and squatting, near/far/depth/color vision, and inside ambient temperatures.
