The Senior Manager, Network Services serves as the accountable service owner for reliable, secure, scalable, and high-performing connectivity across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, data centers, and cloud environments worldwide. Establish and monitor service-level metrics and operational KPIs for availability, incident response and resolution, change quality, user experience, vendor performance, lifecycle compliance, and modernization progress; communicate service health, risks, and priorities to technical and business leaders.
