The QCC works collaboratively with Inspectors, Production, Warehouse (Cycle Counting Team), Project Managers, Supply Chain, and Quality teams, at all levels of the organization to facilitate effective material movement, audit readiness, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive consistent, high-quality outcomes. With a primary focus on the Nonconforming Material Report (NCMR) System, the QCC owns the accuracy, progression, and closure of NCMR records, including disposition, root cause analysis, and actions to correct and mitigate the issue.
