Authorized to work in the US; Qualified to pass a security screening and medical examination; High School Diploma or equivalent; Journeyman HVAC/R License or equivalent trade certification preferred; Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience; Valid Driver''s License; EPA Refrigeration Certification (where required); Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and/or Building Management Systems (BMS); Experience using CMMS software for maintenance planning and documentation; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams; Strong understanding of industrial HVAC systems, ventilation systems, motors, pumps, and controls; Experience with manufacturing equipment support, compressed air systems, or industrial utilities is considered an asset; Ability to work overtime, rotating shifts, and respond to emergency situations when required. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining production uptime by ensuring HVAC, compressed air, ventilation, and related building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
