As the Mine Manager at Jerritt Canyon Gold, this role will provide strategic, visible operational leadership during a significant ramp-up phase at the Jerritt Canyon Mine, with primary focus on underground execution and accountability for safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance across both underground and surface activities. The successful candidate will bring technical credibility in stoping, drift-and-fill mining, rehabilitation, development, ground support, ventilation coordination, and production performance while leading teams through change, strengthening systems, and delivering results with people, health, safety, environmental stewardship, and compliance at the center of every decision.
